Pet Fees

One time non-refundable fee of $350.00

Monthly $35.00 after pet approval

Parking

One time $50.00 fee

Utility Fee

A $25.00 utility fee is added only when your electricity is not put into your name. The fee is per resident within the apartment, per month.

Short Term Lease

If you are wanting a lease shorter than 12 months, your monthly rent will be increased. Please check with the leasing office for specific pricing.

Late Fees

Rent is due by the 5th of each month.  Late fees begin on the 6th. Check your lease for more late fee information.
